Guide interface question

Hi,

I just did a bare metal reinstall of NextPvr Windows, v 6.1.1.  Previously I updated over older versions. 

One thing I noticed is that guide in the NextPvr client (not the web page client) no longer has the buttons that appear under the grid: -24HRS, +24HRS, Page Down, Page Up.

Anyone know how to turn those back on?

You might need to set <ShowKeyboardTipsInGuide>true</ShowKeyboardTipsInGuide> in config.xml to enable them. They're off by default.

Reading the wiki yesterday, I think a saw that certain settings that were configurable in the v4 Windows client must be configured by hand in config.xml in later versions due to the use of a unified code base for multiple platforms.

Back in the wiki today, I can't find that language, and only the NextPvr Service settings are described in the Advanced Configuration section, nothing about the client interface.

Is there a list of all the settings that can only be configured by editing config.xml?

Most of the NextPVR.exe and UI client settings and operations weren't migrated to the new wiki so you would need to use old wiki which is still available. Here is the config.xml section http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...n.Advanced

That setting isn't there though since no one really bothers maintaining either wiki.
