Greetings,

Running 6.1.1  -- When I go into "Settings" , select "Devices  & Channels" I can use the menu options across the top as normal.  However the left side vertical menu options do nothing -- when I hover the mouse over the menu options they all show the same link destination in the bottom left of the page-- localhost:8866/settings.html#  All the menu options across the top display the correct corresponding "targets".  Any ideas?

I'm trying to add a new atsc 3.0 tuner but I can't get into the submenu to do this.  Any ideas??

Did you try Ctrl-F5 after logging in. Also make sure you aren't blocking javascript.

The uidroid client will be the only one that works with AC-4 audio.

Ctrl-F5  brought everything to life !  Thank you very much.

Can you point me to the uidroid client ( for dummies, like me...  but I CAN do this, made the jump from WMC to Next PVR ) procedure?  Also any pointers for my setup would be greatly appreciated.

I've used Next PVR for years as the backend pvr / dvr / live tv option for Kodi and it's worked great.  The pvr server with Next PVR is a Windows 7 machine and most of the front-ends are Fire TV sticks 4K Max.  The tuners are SD HDHR's, various models, and atsc 1.0.  I'm only upgrading now to the HDHR Flex because our local stations are beginning to broadcast in 3.0 ( only 4 now but more to follow ).  I use Schedules Direct for EPG.  If you could provide a "road map" based on my setup that would be awesome ( ...looking around for the Donate button... )

Thanks again!

Best to use the forum search for uidroid and start here and then go the the linked forum. It is an Android client but it will sideload on Amazon's flavour of Android too.

For roadmap I would see play with ATSC 3.0 but use ATSC 1.0 and get two more tuners. There is no quality benefit, arguably it goes down since the source is the same and they are trying to squeeze bandwidth. You will save disk space with HEVC video but the AC-4 audio makes the format far from universal. There still are questions if ATSC 3.0 will be DRM free in all markets which would force you to SiliconDust DVR.
