Tablo Quad HDMI model?

I have the newer Tablo Quad HDMI model and it uses different encoding than the streaming only models and many devices can not even "see" the HDMI model unless you can manually enter the ip address.

I managed to get Tablo Ripper to work and also Tablo Tools works, but you have to add the ip as a "test device" was the only way I could get it to work.

I am now trying to get it to work with NextPVR and have no idea where to start as no way to add devices ip manually in it.

Did you install NextPVR and follow the instructions to install the TabloTV extra as shown here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid563995 you want v2.0.4 If so could you upload the zipped logs you get here http://localhost:8866/settings.html

Yes, I had an error I posted in the other topic.

That second error I think is because you didn't delete the JSON files. There might still be a log file.

I resinstalled TabloTV and now only get the first error, the 2nd one went away.

Not worth it, the problem is probably discovery not working, I just need to make sure it is starting up so I know what errors to trap. Do you mind sharing the IP of the TabloTV on the local LAN?

It is 192.168.1.4 I think, but I use a Bitdefender VPN that runs 24/7 maybe that is a problem?

I am going to reboot to just in case.

I might hurt discovery hard to say, but if you can use some TabloTV utilites on that same PC maybe the VPN is not a problem. Can I see the zipped logs?

Does this return anything useful https://api.tablotv.com/assocserver/getipinfo/ ?

Tablo Tool and Ripper both work fine with the VPN, you have to enter the ip manually or it will not find them.
