kodi 20.1 firetv and latest backend nextpvr for windows

This install will not work, the client will say you need to upgrade to version 5.x. (I assume backend nextpvr), that was done. Nextpvr client tells me I need to upgrade. The latest version 20.1 kodi for Firetv will not work.
I have backtracked to backend Windows nextpvr 5.00 and firetv kodi version 19.5.   The kodi firetv shows a message that there's a compatibility problem when the Kodi 19.5 starts that I need to upgrade to nextpvr 5.03.
Are these bug problems that no one else experiences?
I only use Kodi for my recorded OTA programs.  I use Hauppauge WinTv-7164 BDA ATSC/Qam tuner 0 and 1.

I am only able to use nextpvr 5.00 and kodi android (firetv) versions 19.5.  
Will there be a fix?

No fix is needed since there is no bug pvr.nextpvr does not support versions of NextPVR created before I started development and testing Nexus two years ago and that version was 5.2 and that should be the version you see. I don't have the time or patience to test backwards compatibility. I already have to test Kodi on multiple platforms and Omega (next Kodi version) building has started too.

Sorry you are only able to use such on old version of NextPVR (5.0) support was dropped long ago. Perhaps create another thread explaining why you can't upgrade to a current version so sub can look into it. Perhaps you are running into the install bug that occurs if NPVR.zip is in the folder with the installer.

I have used nextpvr since 2015 and have upgraded the windows backend nextpvr with no problems. I have not experienced any problems with the firetv android version of Kodi, but I get error messages that I need to upgrade to 5.0.2 and I have done that, which is why I had to backtrack to another older version of nextpvr and the 19.5 kodi for firetv.  How else can I explain it?  There is a bug.

No need to explain anything, if there is an issue, it is because you haven't uploaded any logs.

The kodi message is not that you need 5.2 that is the minimum version you need. The current version 6 will work fine.
