Unexpected Error on Local.Recorder.StartStream

Hi all,

I'm hoping that someone might be able to explain to me why this recurring recording failed this morning.
It has been working fine up until today.

Your device isn't connected, or the drivers have shat themselves and you need to reboot, or the device has died.

Your device isn't connected, or the drivers have shat themselves and you need to reboot, or the device has died.

I have now rebooted and I've tested live TV on each of the channels in question, and they are responding correctly.  (This is the Ten Network Australia, the two channels broadcast are both identifying as 10HD, the default program guide numbers them as 10 and 15, but I have renamed them to 100 and 115, which is more convenient for me).  Apart from the SID, they are both broadcasting the exact same content.

I disabled the series recording for this programme, but I'll re-enable it now, and see what happens tomorrow morning and let you know.

The programme runs from 08:00 to 08:30, with a pre-padding of 1 minute and a post-padding of 5 minutes.

As promised, I'm returning now to advise that today's recording worked fine, and has completed successfully.
I suspect that the problem was caused when Windows automatically updated my .NET installations and automatically rebooted after
the update, and by the time the reboot had completed, NPVR had not yet had time to initialise the device driver for the tuner card.
