NextPVR Backend wrongly reporting it's recording

At least twice in the last week my pc said that NPVR Backend was preventing a restart of the machine because it was recording, but it wasn't recording and there wasn't a recording scheduled to start soon. Logs zipped and attached.

There is a patch for the tray app causing the problem here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid581138

Even with the patch you do have to wait 1 minute to shutdown right after recording unless you exit the tray app which can be a bit of a nuisance.
