Comskipped videos played back on NextPVR desktop application halt on commercial break

Good afternoon. So I recently upgraded to NextPVR 6 after a bit of tussling. I'm not exactly friends with NPVR's top brass right now. But I digress.  

So I played back a couple of videos that were recorded on NPVR 4. What I noticed was that the video, once it reached a commercial break, would stop playing instead of skipping past the commercial break into the next segment. I would have to right click on the app to stop the video, and then resume playing it from the recorded shows list. 

This is happening on NPVR 6. NPVR 4 didn't have this issue. The break was identified on the timeline, skipped past it, and played the following segment of the show without any hesitation. 

Anyone else aware of or have had this issue?

I haven't heard of that happening.

If you want to post the logs showing it happening, I'll see if anything stands out.

Does a recording made with v6 have the same problem? There is a few extra things that happen to help skipping accuracy with recordings made in v6.1.4 and above.

I just tested a couple of comskip recordings with NextPVR 6.1.4 without the timing file and there were no issues. Skipping issues in NextPVR are almost always because users don't update and install the LAV 32 bit decoders.

I don't see why you are complaining about sub, I don't see any posts where he forced you to upgrade to v6. His decision to not have a direct upgrade from v4 was the result of many changes under the hood though to allow for multi platform use. I know you copied you npvr.db3 and technically that is not supported you may have be better of redoing things.
