Hi everyone,

I started my free trial of SD, and plan to subscribe as soon as I actually get it working with NextPVR. The problem is: no matter how often I restart the server or try to refresh listings,  I never get any listings at all.

I'm on Ubuntu 22.04 and login to SD seems to work fine, the device is a Hauppauge WinTV Dual HD (which is why you'll see two devices in the relevant screenshot), I'm just using an HD antenna, the EPG sources seem to be set up correctly, the channels have scanned correctly, but still, nothing. 

I appreciate any help--I hate to ask for it, but I've really run out of things to try based on searches of similar problems.

On the Settings->Channels page do channels show mapped to Schedules Direct? If not got to the Advanced Tools and automap by channel number.

I do see this though are you using T-Mobile or a VPN?

2023-08-04 18:03:12.971 [ERROR][5] Unexpected error doing Schedules Direct login: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Actually, I have a VPN installed on the box, but it (supposedly) wasn't running in the past 24 hours. The "mapping" function worked like a charm, though, and my schedule is now fully populated...I'm sooooo happy!!!!

Thank you, Martin! Are you one of the developers? I noticed that you very quickly and diligently answer so many help requests, I can't imagine what motivates you to work so hard when people in general are much less appreciative than one might hope! I say this as someone who also has to reply to almost daily help requests on an app where I'm the developer, and I'm afraid I'm not nearly as responsive as you are. It is appreciated!!!!

Ok with a VPN you could still have Schedules Direct issues, since they require a static IP during a short range of multiple connects. If you continue to have problems you would need to open a support ticket with them.

Sub is the only developer of NextPVR, but I do help with some clients and addons. Sub is also pretty responsive, his NZ timezone makes for pretty good coverage around the clock. I know the application pretty well but there are still things I need to ask sub for.

What motivates me is probably the fact that I don't use sub's clients but I need NextPVR since I have tried other PVR clients and none work quite as well as . I actually like looking at the logs and mpeg files trying to resolve complicated problems, it is kind of a puzzle for me. Support doesn't actually take much time maybe a few minutes for most posts I guess this is why I can get ticked off when users don't send the logs with posts. As a first time poster you made it quite easy.
