NextPVR latest version went missing.

Hi, 
about 3 or 4 weeks ago i upgrade Kodi and got the incompatibility issue with the old NextPVR add in.  After a couple of tries I managed to upgrade to the latest NextPVR.

Everything was fine but during the middle of night for some reason Kodi decided that look for the old version and as it wasn't compacity disabled the nextPvr add on.

Rebooted Kodi, tried to add in the add-on.  But no luck.

I tried opening the NextPVR web UI  NextPVR. The recordings were those i had made while on the old NextPR version.  I tried watching a channel but just got a blackbox.

I opened up control panel and uninstalled anything with the name NexPRV on.
I then ran the update url which downloaded the files and installed NextPVR again.

It all works.  All the Devices were already there as were the channels.

I have no idea why at midnight NextPVR failed.  The EPG does run at midnight but nothing in the logs.

Hope this helps anyone with similar issue.

There is no reason why reinstalling should have changed anything. If it happens again in future, post the logs and we'll check what's going on.

It sounds like you didn't follow my instructions here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid584132 to disable the v4 recording service. What likely happened is your PC rebooted after "patch Tuesday" updates and the the v4 service restarted.
