Hello,

My IPTV provider has a large VOD library but it doesn't seem to be picked up by NextPVR.

The VOD section appears for only a moment when first booting up NPVR and then disappears. When I manually visit the VOD e.g http:/ip:8866/vod.html I see a drop down but there is nothing when I click it.

Is there a process to add VOD I am missing?

I know that the VOD service does work as I have other apps on my set top boxes which can access. I am working towards switching exclusively to NextPVR Smile

Was your IPTV imported using M3U8 or XC?

I suspect it's to do with that. Maybe try deleting your XC source, and importing from M3U8 instead.

Thanks Sub. I have gotten another m3u with some channels and loads of VOD. It does now detect the VOD and the menu item is showing at the top... however the drop down still doesn't work. Any thoughts?

Does the VOD dropdown have nothing in it?

If you want to zip up your npvr.db3 file, and send me a PM with download link, I'll check it. (don't attach the db3 file to this post)

There is no VOD in your database.

I was going to check why it wasn't loaded, but it doesn't look like your npvr.db3 has an m3u/xc url, or maybe you intentionally tried removing it?

That is very odd, I wonder if I have chosen the wrong file or something. I definitely have an XC loaded as it’s working now.

It’s late here in the UK, will have a look in the morning. Thanks

Hi Sub,

bit of an update, some of the VOD has started to appear, only a few entries compared to the vast library.

I have sent you a pm for another look if you dont mind.
