manditory lineup changes needed

Just got an email from schedules direct with the above subject, however the new lineup they proposed does not exist. Is it a bug with npvr or sd? thanks. email below

Our data provider Gracenote will be updating a portion of the US lineups to
reflect the market. Analog lineups for Satellite, Cable and others will be
updated to digital and duplicate analog lineups will be removed. 

You should change your lineups as reflected below before December 11th as
Gracenote will be starting to make changes then.

Yea, sorry, this is so messed up....

On 11/8 Gracenote sent us notice about the lineup removals and said they would start to take effect starting on 12/11.
On 11/29 RobertK sent me a list of effected SD-JSON users and their lineups.
On 12/3 I got around to scripting the notice and sending it out.

Soon afterward, RobertK started getting emails about the new lineups not there! 

On 12/4, RobertK heard from Gracenote that the new lineups won't be in the feed until 12/11.  It wasn't clear when the old lineups will go away.   Our best guess is they expected this to be a transparent rename on our server side, but of course it isn't!

It looks like our upstream has been deploying the new lineups in stages, so the -X version of your lineup may not be available right now and will become an option closer to the transition date.

So somewhere around 2023-12-10 or so, in your application you'll go through the process of adding the new lineup and deleting the old one; you should see the -X available to select at that point.

I would send another email blast, but we already get a lot of emails blocked saying we're spammers and I'm hesitant to send another b ig  notice.... not sure what to do!

Sorry again... all I can suggest is just keep an eye out for issues starting on 12/11.

You're probably best to ask about it on the Schedules Direct forum. I'm not sure if they're monitoring here.

Many of us haven't seen that change yet. I am monitoring via zap2it.com.

zap2it times out for me. Can't even ping them in command prompt.

They seem to have ping disabled never a good test anyway. The web site works here

Actually, it works through google, just not if I type it in the address bar.
