Yes it works, next time use the zipped logs that NextPVR creates for you.

The logs show the second streams is not opening as a video which seems to be the max connection issue.

2024-04-23 19:00:00.311 [DEBUG][13] content-type: video/mp2t
...
2024-04-23 19:15:06.187 [DEBUG][13] abandoning direct connection due to content-type: text/html

There is an odd message in there since I don't think IPTV supports multi-rec.

2024-04-23 19:47:32.094 [DEBUG][55] ...resource is already in use, but this capture source supports multi-record and is on the same channel

So what i think was happening is that I set 5 min padding before and after the schedule and that is not possible, however I wans't trying to record 2 channels at the same time but the padding was causing issues, so if I delete the padding and record 2 different schedule should be fine right? Also the first time the record failed I was watching the program I was recording before which was still recording but I started to watch with few min delay.

You can have padding. If the max connections is set correctly then back to back recordings should just record on time skipping padding, unless there is a bug in the multi-rec logic which sub would need to comment on.
