No Video on Hauppauge DCR-3250 Tuner

All of a sudden, I get no video trying to tune any channel on my Hauppauge device. I see the tuner light for Tuner0 light up but no video, just black. NextPVR V4 still shows the video as expected.

Logs are attached. 

I hope someone can help.

Check the Live TV time buffer Minutes setting on Settings->General It looks like you changed it to zero.

That was it, Martin. My eternal thanks. I'd've never found it. I'll have to read up in that setting. Apparently that setting doesn't bother video from the Sienna Crossbar HD-PVR2 device. It played just fine this whole time.

This only impacts Live TV so perhaps you were using the HDPVR2 only for recording.

I use the HDPVR2 extensively for watching a DRM channel with Kodi while doing the dishes. Is that live TV?

I would have expected Kodi in timeshift mode would have even more problems and surrprised it didn't crash.. The logs would explain what is really going on.

I just finished watching the FoxNews channel on Kodi using the HDPVR2.  I've attached logs from both the V6 server and Android Kodi. I started watching about 14:47, channel 618.

Knowing virtually nothing helpful about Kodi, maybee you can determine what happens using the HDPVR2.

Hard to say since you changed the buffer and the problem is changed. A small buffer like that should be avoid it is not efficient at all, it definitely doesn't speed up playback if that is what you are trying to achieve.

You aren't timeshifting though which explains why it might have worked. Also I think you were watching the HDHR on WCBS based on those logs.
