Recording corrupt at 50 min

Every recording that is one hour or longer has issues at about the 50 min & last for about 3-5 minutes. Audio and video issue. Always at a critical point in a recording.
Issue is experienced with every video player.
The issue has existed for some time and still an issue with the latest version 6.1.5.231022.

I've tried various setting in the transcoder but issue only got worse. 
Current settings
Preferred Streaming Profile is at default
Video Encoder is CPU
Recording Auto Transcode is Leave Recording at Native format

My device is HDHomeRun with a cable card 

Any help or suggestion would really be appreciated

Post the logs and we'll take a look, and let us know the name/time of a problem recording.

Might be good if you can supply a sample recording. You'd need to put it somewhere like onedrive/googledrive and supply a download link.

Here is the log from today, the problem was in the "id": 37390,  "name": "60 Minutes". 

The video was deleted but if the logs don't provide any clues, I can post the next video.

Logs need to be zipped and under 2MB. Use the file that NextPVR creates for you from the main Settings web page.

The recording ID changed to 37468 and it actually recording 45 minutes longer because of your padding.

It might be worth looking the HDHR logs http://192.168.2.23/log.html to see if there is any reason showing there.

What client did you try to play 60 minutes with to determine there was even an error? It doesn't look like an NextPVR client opened it.

Here is the HDHR log for yesterday when the most recent issue was experienced. Yes, the post padding was intentional as often on Sunday there is programming delays due to sporting events.
However, as stated in my original post - Every recording that is one hour or longer has issues at about the 50 min & last for about 3-5 minutes. Audio and video issue. Always at a critical point in a recording.
Issue is experienced with every video player including NextPVR.
Most recordings are viewed by VLC, Windows Movie & TV or Windows Media Player.

It looks like you have something else beside NextPVR recording which is a bit confusing and your log snippet didn't catch the end of the recording, just the start so it isn't clear either. Based on what I see though NextPVR is doing everything correctly and something else is causing the real issue.

Really since you aren't using NextPVR players we can't help with playback issues much. We'd need the video recording with the problem but be aware there is not guarantee that any stream plays perfectly.

Not experiencing any issues with Live


The only things missing from the log were long after the recording.

The problem exists in the recording and even when played with NextPVR. Many of the recordings are 30 minutes and are never a problem. But all that are one hour or longer have issues at around the 50 minutes with broken up video and audio and after about 3-5 minutes it clears up.

When I get the next video I will shared a link, just don't have one right now.

Neither channel 805 or 32 were tuned by NextPVR that I could see in those times.

This is the end of 60 Minutes but the time is UTC so you missed it. Not errors shown though.

I problem can exist in a recording but that doesn't mean it is because of NextPVR, as I said the logs look fine. NextPVR clients might play the file better, we will wait for the recording now.
