How to add a new channel without having them all chosen when updating a device?

I already have an IPTV device imported but I didn't select all the channels that it has. There's a specific channel that I want to add but when I try to update it's channels in the "Devices" section in Settings, it will automatically select all of the channels it has. What I would like is just to chose the new channel that I want without having to deselect and select all of the other channels that it had before. Can that be possible?

At the top left there is a box which will untick all and then just tick the one you want.

But that would mean that I would have to choose the ones that I had chosen before, all over again. Is there a way to prevent not having to do that again?

No that shouldn't remove existing channels, but some version of NextPVR did have problems saving the channel groups. Before doing channel maintenance maybe backup npvr.db3 the non-public prerelease version I am using has improvements in this area.
