Adding channels - Stuck at "loading EPG mappings"

New NextPVR user, migrating from WMC on Win7.

New PC, Win11 Lenovo i5-14400.

Following the instructions here - https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/setup-hdhomerun, isn't working.

I have a Schedules Direct subscription and found my lineup.

Tuner is a HDHomeRun Dual - which is from 2012. Did a fresh install of the HDHomerun setup, did a channel scan, found 123 channels, can view them on Windows Media Player.

Trying to add channels in NextPVR.....

Settings/Devices finds the HDHomerun with 2 tuners.
Clicked Scan Channels
In the Guide drop down I selected  Schedules Direct [local broadcast listings(USA-OTA-85283)]. Process gets stuck on "Loading EPG mappings".

I tried using a new XMLTV file created from EPG123.exe (the WMC setup).

Process gets stuck on "Loading EPG mappings".

What am I missing?

Send the zipped logs from the main web server settings page and we can have a look.

p.s. HDHomerun is connected directly to the PC via ethernet-USB adapter. It's not on the LAN

You may need to be on the Internet for the legacy devices to work in HDHR mode. Did you try ATSC mode?

I moved it to the LAN. rescanned channels with hdhomerun setup
Reinstalled NextPVR.

This time, as last time, in Devices, the homerun showed up as HDHR, ATSC and QAM. I was trying to scan/add channels to HDHR.

Starting with ATSC, found 88 channels and added 10.

It's working now, watching live TV as I speak.

HDHR mode needs to have LAN access. If it stays off the LAN Silicondust will remove the device from their http API.
