No Channels found

I have a Hauppague QuadHD PCIe card and I am attempting to find DVB-T / DVB-T2 channels. Scanning lasts may 2 mins and repeatedly comes back with zero channels. I've tried multiple transmitters in my area (UK, North East Kent, so Meridian) but it repeatedly come back with zero channels. 

I was using Plex previously but that has a seperate PVR UI issue I cannot fix, hence I have come here and try and an alternative solution. I note that plex did pick up some channels so the HW is could. How bets to progress this?

I am pretty sure we can get this working but you need to attached the zipped logs from the main settings screen.

As Martin said. You need to post a copy of the NPVR logs straight after you've done a scan.

Have you tried installing the Hauppauge software and if so, does it find any channels?

Just ran a scan and nothign came back.

Works in plex but I am limited to the transmitters it will show in plex, hence I need a new PVR solution.

Works in plex although plex does not show best transmitters for my area so signal is poor (long standing issue apparently, hence searching for a new PVR solution). HW works in prinicple

No signal is looking. Can you go here https://www.freeview.co.uk/freeview-channel-checker enter your postcode and address number and the on the next screen go to the details view and let is know the transmitter you should be using. Maybe just give us your postcode.

Of course make sure Plex isnt accessing your tuner when you scan. You may need to shut Plex off and reboot.

I actually live in Faversham, which is referenced, but Dover is, I gather the best transmitter overall for where I am. Appreciate your help

The file you posted doesn't help so I would try UK All Regions. Again confirm Plex isn't using the tuner.
