1.This tuner has 4 tuners 2 regular a 2 ATSC3? or 2 regular an 2 ATSC1 (making it useless to record ATSC3?
I think theres some missinformation being thrown around by SD on ebay they say ATSC then at there website it's ATSC1 they are are getting real sneakie an low down w/ the truth.

2.will the 2 ATSC3 tuners in addition to ATSC3  work on regular channels also
3.or just work on ATSC3 bc at the moment,
4.I don’t think I have any ATSC 1 or 3 channels in my area (zip code 36111)so will I be reduced to only 2 regular tuners w/ this device?
5.when my area doe’s get ATSC3 channels: when I schedule a program to record a ATSC3 channel is the Silicon dust smart enough to use the ATSC tuner?
6.if both ATSC3 tuners are occupied w/ a scheduled recording will a regular tuner be able to record a ATSC3 channel?an vise versa? If yes by how much will the picture quality be degraded?
  
I'm taking a chance on this technology BC I had the orginal dual tuner in addition to haugpage 1800 an 2250 total of 5 tuners. whenever W7MC didn't record a scheduled recording due to loss of signal it was allways the silicondusts fault.
90% of the time the silicondust worked fine.

using windows10 pro an NextPVR

to be honest I don't even know what the differnce in regular ATSC1 an ATSC3 is or did so marketing guy just write some stuff on a sales pitch?

I already told you that is not an ATSC 3 device, so of course it can't do ATSC3 . This might answer all your questions on alll the tuners https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/flex I don't find the ebay information sneaky at all but the names vs model numbers might be a little confusing (more so when you consider the CONNECT device)

ATSC 3.0 is a standard being adopted in the US as eventual replacement for ATSC 1 Web searching will clearly what it is and what the shortcomings are for PVR applications like NextPVR I already explained the two main issues facing you with NextPVR DRM (copy protection) and AC-4 audio (not playable in all clients) so NextPVR is not currently a good solution for ATSC 3.0 and if you want that look elsewhere.

In the meantime it looks like Montgomery doesn't have any ATSC 3. All the tuners you have right now should work fine with NextPVR, I honestly don't care about your WMC issues. Realistically you can expect a few more years of ATSC 1.
