Upcoming NextEnd addon and remote server changes

As result of the ESPN API change noted here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=67133 I decided to update my VPS to current standards.  I am not sure if I will keep the same remote server IP so stay tuned. Note that fix also fixed College Football.

I have also added WNBA support so that will require a new client.

I was able to update the same server from Debian 9 to Debian 13, and all new components, hopefully it will be as stable (uptime was 570 days when I converted). I will update the addon when I confirm WNBA works, other sports should work.
