This may be a project part of Xrecord--i would love an option to put things on Do Not Record. For example, i want to record a season of something, but the first episode is repeated 3 times. I want an option to say "do not record this"

Also maybe on xrecord scheduler, sometimes things repeat. It'd be nice to put the repeats on a do not record list.

If you want to know why nPVR is the bomb, ask my wife!
