Hi, i am a novice in mvp and gbpvr. how many games can i play with gbpvr with my mvp ?

Not really. Someone wrote a Solitaire plugin, but other than that - no, you cant play games on your MVP with GB-PVR.

Someone posted a plugin they were working on to enable this a few days ago: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=6713, but I'm not sure how well it does it.

If you want to schedule TV recordings and play them back, then GB-PVR can do this. These others things you ask about aren't really the core features of GB-PVR, and as such arent really it's strong points.
