I would appreciate if somebody lets me know if GB-PVR is compatible with the VMagic TV Ultra card, manufactured by http://www.vmagic.de
Please note that this card is not inserted in the PC as a normal capture card but it writes data with PCI master write mode. The card has no high priority at the moment but, as it is claimed by the manufacturers, they would like to offer a driver for that in the near future.
The card software comes with a VFW plugin and it is claimed to work with software like the VirtualDub (and other programs, which works with the VFWs). The vmagic.sys driver is a WDM driver, which means it follows the Windows driver model, BUT this doesn't mean, the hardware is inserted as capture device in the PC.
I would appreciate your information on how to use this card with your program if at all possible.
