Where is it that you select the FM Tuner? I've read the docs and have found what appears to be information pertaining to the 250. When I looked into gbpvr there's nothing indicating the tuner for the 150mce.

Thanks,

When you click the FM Radio button, GB-PVR quickly checks if any available capture sources have a card with an FM tuner (ie PVR250MCE, PVR150MCE, PVR150MCE), then uses that for FM.

When i go to the FM Radio button in gbpvr the pop up window says there's 4 radio stations (w,x,y,z). When I click on a station another popup window says "No tuner was available to enable you to record the requested station"

How do I fix this so I can hear my radio?

Are you sure you configured your capture source as a PVR150MCE, not as a PVR150?

No SHS I'm not sure actually - where can I verify that setting? I looked and didn't see it? If it was set to 150 and I've recently changed it to 150MCE would that explain why I'm getting the Lame Encoder error again?

Wrong forum. SHS can be found over at his site at http://www.shspvr.com/forum.

What Lame Encoder error? You havnt mentioned that up until now. Did you install the Lame encoder from http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/directsho...dshow.zip? If not, then you need to.

Sorry SUB! They're all starting to run together Smile I do hope that wasn't too big a put down for ya! If so, I apologize.

First things first - Where can I confirm that I've got the correct card configured (150 vs. 150MCE)?

Second - I somehow got the "YOU MUST HAVE THE LAME MP3 ENCODER...." error again after I did dnld the proper encoder a few days ago and everything was working fine except I wasn't able to config my FM Tuner. That's when I started this thread. Now it seems that I either 1) changed the card config and lost the Lame encoder or 2) dnld a pluggin and removed the encoder (if this is possible)

I read too many posts to remember them all. You need to post all the relevent information or I wont know what the hell you're talking about.

To get FM radio going:

1) Editing your capture source, then edit your recording source settings. Check the card type. It should be PVR150MCE, not PVR150. See below)

2) Download the Lame encoder from http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/dire...lame_dshow.zip. Install the files somewhere on your PC, and run the reg.bat.

I tried this link and I get the file not found for the lame encoder. Do I need to do this FTP?
