PCI Latency tool

A few people have problems with stutering. Some motherboards have poor PCI throughput. This Utility can be used to set PCI Latency. Its here

That was interesting. Hadn't heard of this before. I haven't had vid probs but I changed my VGA from 248 to 64, anyway!

You should try "Encoder pass thru" 1st though.
