Sorry, I dont know. I'm not an expert in the MSI installer thing. Much of its behaviour is a mystery to me. Hopefully someone else will work it out.

to

<DrawText text="@title" loc="30,375" size="500,30" textStyle="OSDText" align="Left"/>

I've done this for the next build.

Great, it works! Thanks!

FYI, I installed the new release and the problem I had been having with the audio (no audio if I used Encoder Pass-Through) appears to be solved --- I have enabled Pass-Through and the audio if fine.

Hello Sub,
To use the new comskip integration in this release:
1. Where does does comskip have to be (what directory)
2. Does it automatically skip ahead during playback, or do you have to push the skip button?

Great work.

sub Wrote:Sorry. I've made sure it'll be available for everyone for the next release.
first off, the new program installed with ease, i used restore point function on my XP right before i installed the old gbpvr. the new file loaded with ease AND somehow all my settings were already set. i guess "restore point" really doesn't clean up everything but in my case that was a good thing.

i'll try a complete clean install of the OS plus new version to test it out next.
i've kept a backup of your last release just in case. Smile

  so no FM radio??? is there a way i can make a button instead of waiting for the next version to come out or some other work around. the FM function was something i was really looking forward to, i couldn't get it to work on the last version.

"- Fixed a bug that would result in zero byte recording for a small percentage of multi-PVR150/PVR500 setups. "

I ran into the same problem as well...

not sure how i got around it tho, i had kept a copy of the gbpvr folder, just in case, got some error on the msi install, then the shortcuts kept giving me some msi gathering info message... think i ended up uninstalling, without deleting the directory, then re-installed the old version, then the new again, and it seemed to have solved itself... running good now.

sorry i'm not much help

Deathwish Wrote:Just registered to say great piece of software but I can't install the latest version, same problems as above.

Tried an upgrade first, no go. Uninstalled and tried a fresh, no go. Uninstalled, tried old then upgrade to new, no go. Installed to new directory, no go.

Any help appreciated as I'd like to be using GB-PVR Big Grin

93.9 Update:
Just tried the Weather Plugin and I get an error 'index not set to an instance of an object' and the application locks when attempting to display the Forecast or Maps. The current weather screen displays fine however

Tried reinstalling from the current Wiki copy and the results are the same.

Tried multiple ways of installing with no luck.

Upgrade
Fresh install
Fresh install of 9211 then upgrade

Tried rebooting, not rebooting, using Microsoft uninstall between attempts. Hopefully somebody will figure this out.

if your running xp use the "restore" function and go back to the day you installed the last version. installing from that point worked for me.

i'm trying a FULL clean install right now and will share later how that went.
