I would like to re-order the channel entries. tvHarvest gets my listing with channel Nine first, then ABC and then others, which isnt logical but I was hoping to re-order these in the list in GBPVR, other than editing the database manually (which I will avoid at the moment) I cant see how it can be done easily. Any tips?

I cant get the channel images working, I have placed pics in the media/channellogos directory in various formats and they dont show up.
In the channel table of the DB I have oid:3 name:ABC2 channel_num:3
Placing an image named "3 ABC2.jpg" or "ABC2 3.jpg" or other variations dont seem to work. Other than re-starting the app fully every time I try or a different filename format that I havnt hit on yet, I cant seem to make it work.
(I am using the MCE skin and channelimages are set true but I havnt found any docs that really spell it out for me)

ABC2 (a new channel not without it's problems here in Aus) has a delay in the audio, about 300-500ms for me. I have sometimes encountered this replaying recordings before too but not previously with the live tv, and only now with ABC2 after my recent re-install (see below).
oid:3 (ABC2) has tuning_request:
T:C12,226500,0,0,7~P:562~V:2309~A:2310~PMT:258~TXT:2313~N:>ABC2
But again without setting manually...

I had the re-install problem with 9310, on reboot it automatically went to re-install/mod the app and this killed the video card entry. I did a full de/re-install and I think it's fixed itself but I am keeping an eye on it.

And the final issue, any direct docs on setting the remote for use with the Twinhan DVB-T card. This seems to be almost a proprietry controller/USB-ir device and only the channel +- works under GBPVR for me.

Thanks, Rex.

You should be able to adjust the order using the main channels tab of the config app.

Did you try ABC2.jpg?

This most likely caused by the codecs installed on your machine. Try using other video/audio decoders until you spot the pattern...

The Twinhan remote is a bit crap and not supported by GB-PVR. They're about to start shipping a new remote with their devices which look much better than the old model. I may support that if I end up getting one, but unfortunately you're out of luck with their old remote.

Ah, re-enter new numbers, silly me, thanx, that worked.

Yep, no go either. And I confirmed there were no spaces in the entries in the DB.

Oh, I hate codecs. I am using overlay (not wdm as I cant seem to enable it with my Gforce MX440 TV-Out) with the Cyberlink DTV Video Decoder, maybe I will try some of the other audio selections but all channels work except ABC2.

Hmm, k, I also thought about programmable IR controllers (I have a couple of those) with a common PC interface type but it occured to me that there would need to be a 'transmit/learn' function in the GBPVR which would be a great thing.

Cheers, Rex.
