Plugin Tutorial - Need help

I've spent some time today following the Plugin Tutorial from the wiki and I found that the helloworld.dll file prevents the GB-PVR config app from launching. The app returns a setup error stating "Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your setup." The .dll file compiles just fine in Visual Studio 2005 and GB-PVR runs fine when I removed the .dll file. Am I missing something? I've attached my source and compiled .dll if anyone wants to look at it.

I think your problem may be that Visual Studio 2005 uses Microsoft .NET Runtime Version 2.0. Check it out.
