web scheduling for a novice?

i am not a programmer, but i do know windows quite well.
the documentation for web scheduling seems confusing.
i get objects not found when i try to click the links in that documentation. i have clicked the remote scheudling box in the conifg, i left the log in information as admin, the default.
anyone have steps for a novice to schedule remote recordings in gbpvr?

You should set some username and password that are easy for you to remember, but arent easily guessed.

If you've enabled the GB-PVR webserver, then you should be able to visit http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx and log in to the web admin. For there it should be pretty much self explanitory.
