Since the move to the new version (and betas) the osd seems to never disappear for more than a minute. When watching live tv, even if i take the batteries out of the mouse the osd keeps on popping up. The only thing I can presume is happening is as it writes to the temp file or something that that is setting it off...

Yeah, I noticed that too.. i had to check the "disable OSD" in config.

But then, you do not see the mini-guide, position of time, comskip locations, etc....

Using the new version, I notice that the OSD pops up more when viewing a Recorded show as well. I have Comskip installed and not sure if that is the reason why. Just a bit annoying...

Having the same problem too. Noticed that when i run in windowed mode and move the mouse out of the way of the box then the osd will work fine . Seems to be a mouse over box problem.

Another observation is that as chewy mentioned I could diasble osd, However even then the image seems more flickery and stutter then previous version. Running on athlon 1Ghz with dual pvr 250 and matrox g400 on my pc monitor.

Not to add to the fray but to, hopefully, help, I'm experiencing the same problem. I tried VMR9/7 and Overlay Manager but the OSD kept popping up and going away and coming back... If it helps, I'm on Windows XP Pro, WinTV-PVR 350, 1 GB RAM, P4 3.2 GHz w/ HT, 80 GB SATA HDD, Intel Extreme Graphics integrated video.
- WinXP Pro, 2 GB RAM, 200 GB HDD, Core2Duo 2.4 GHz, nVidia GeForce 8800GTS, Hauppauge Win-TV PVR 350.

Hi sub

Thanks for the fix. OSD problem fixed. Its strange the cause is due to mouse movement as uplugging the mouse did not help. Thanks again.

What fix is this? I would like it, as well, for I am suffering the same problem.

v0.23.11 (http://www.gbpvr.com/GBPVR02311.msi) does not register mouse movements < 10 pixels as being enough to either reshow the cursor, or cause the OSD to appear.
