I've downloaded the lastest xrecord and like it, but every few days it'll come up with an error. Sometimes the guide gets stuck in a loop of a few channels, other times it will give the object error. anyone else had this problem?

I have not seen this. When you get the object error can you send me your gbpvr.exe.log. Are the problems in xguide only?

I just downloaded latest XRecord, and tried XGuide, it seems that the WATCH option is not available when a show is midway. Also, I get and 'object referenci not set to an instance of an object' when I click QuickRec when a show is midway. Also the description portion is set to low, and some of the details are scrolled of the screen.

Also, is there a way to remove the description column since I have all the Channel Logos setup, the names are just distracting and takes up space to the guide.

I did a complete reinstall to fix some other problems, and had hoped this wasn't going to happen again. Last night after a recording, exited out to main menu and went to open the xguide, and object error came up. the gbpvr.exe.log is attached. Also i'm using the nero codec and vmr9 if this helps. if you need something else just let me know.

Also, whenever I delete a recording, a folder is left behind that I have to remove manually from Windows. Shouldn't a 'delete' recording remove all instances of the file including the folder and picture icon.

Thanks for the great plug-in.

the folder it should remove. I will make a note to investigate it. The picture is a bit more difficult since most tv series after I watch it I delete it. I dont want to have to download the pic every week.

<SpecialElement name="Guide" loc="70,58" visibleChannels="8" channelRowHeight="38" showNavigation="false" borderWidth="2" rounded="false" showChannelIcons="true" showChannelNumberAlway="false" showRecordingBar="true" MinutePixels="3.5" MinuteDraw="180" minutesToMove="30"/>

The two things of interest to you. If you set showChannelNumberAlway to false you should not see that column anymore.
