The only downside for me is the appearance of the tuner status page - with the others you can left and right justify the name and date/time with the title,-45 method - but for tuner status it seems all crushed to the left.

Is there any way to tidy up the alignment of the tuners and their status's please??

I've been using Slimm GB-PVR and GBPVRcli for a while and i've noticed that lately SOME recordings are missing from the tray menu and they don't show up even after restarting the PC or the tray util. the auto-purge for missing recordings is disabled in the config xml.
The PVRX2 is showing and playing all recordings without issues. is this a known issue for which there's a quick fix? i'm using the latest 1.8 version.

Don't have alot more to go on. This is what happened this time:
  • I was watching TV in 'Live TV' mode, I know the tray icon was flashing green. GB-PVR went back to the main menu when it was time to start recording the program (no clue what the tray icon was doing but I do know I did not see a yellow bubble saying 'recording has started').
  • I went away from the computer about 30 mins and then came back to the computer. I had to restart the computer so I looked to see if the tray icon was flashing green and it was gray. Restarted.
  • When the computer finished booting up the tray icon was flashing green.

The program was an hour long program but I didn't realize I was only away for about 30 mins till after.

I will see if I can duplicate this and pay closer attention to what happened.

Looking at my own log, I saw that the polling process was restarting the service during post-padding time; not always, but often. I tried to duplicate this from the command prompt, and couldn't. The CLI always accurately reported a recording in progress, even during postpadding time. However, now that I have disabled my polling process, the problem has gone away. So, it's a mystery.]]>

2. If I initiate a manual hibernate, e.g. using the power-button, and Slimm catches this one, will Slimm then go into delayed hibernate?

3. If Slimm is in delayed hibernate mode, is it possible to leave that mode? E.g. will it be left if I move the mouse or press a key?

4. Assuming a recording starts at 10 AM and I am doing hibernate at 9:59:50. Will the computer go to hibernate? Or does Slimm have a pre-recording avoid-hibernate interval, so that e.g. the computer does not go to standby x minutes before a recording starts.

5. Does Slimm also catch hibernates if EPG is being updated or only for recordings?

Unfortunately, the delayed shutdown still turns off my computer, when i've requested a restart.

"shutdown -r" does a reboot, not a turn off.

Is there anyway to set it to default to "reboot" instead of shutdown?

or could we get a slimm cmdline option to restart when then the recordings are finished?
