FYI - Tested with 2 tuners, both live and recorded shows.

These Roku's appear to be working fully:
Roku Ultra LT1 4662RW - 38MPS wifi connection
Roku Premiere 3920X 26MBS
Roku Streaming Stick+ 3810X 36MBS
This one has no audio with OTA (AC3?) recordings, live TV works
Roku Ultra 4660X2 - 31MBS

I am totally surprised you get AC3 on the low end players and you don't get it on a recording via the Ultra especially if Live TV works.
For recordings (which don't skip well on the Roku) do you use the recommended transcoding

Is that possibly because the Roku is passing the AC3 through to the TV/monitor to decode on the ones where it is working?
How do I verify the transcoding being used? (I assumed it was AC3 based on an older thread).

Do you mean via the link I just provided? That is just a remux with no transcoding unless you changed it.

No. Rather how do I determine why there is no audio on this one roku before I try any transcoding in the post processing?

I was suggesting the faster remux (not transcode) to see if the container is the issue.

Same issue with no audio on recordings with Roku 4 (4400X). Live feed (OTA) is good.

I'd need to see the logs. One thing I would look to is if you have timeshift enabled? That would use transcoded audio.
