I installed 0.97.13 and after loading a few times GBPVR and config.exe stop loading and I get the message "(null) is not a valid win32 application". If I start from the command line I get "c:...\config.exe is not a valid win32 application".
Anyone knows what's going on? The only way to fix it is to uninstall, delete the gbpvr folder and re-install. But then again after a few executions the same problem happens. I scanned my PC with Adware but did not find anything abnormal.
a local station is changing from the dying WB network to the new CW network.
they recently changed the call leters from KHWB to KHCW
Zap2It no longer has any reference to KHWB in the listings.
GBPVR has KHWB listed as channel 5 with a blank line in the program guide.
there is another channel 5 with KHCW at the end of the listings with the proper shows.
how can I get rid of the old channel and put the new channel in the proper order??
I'm struggeling with UbuStream and a Sqlite Error.
The error in UbuStreamCmd.log:
----
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.27.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
---- (Full log entry below..)
Using 97.13 and ubustream 1.5, converted to SqLite amd removed mdb file just to be sure.. Using latest CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll, GbpvrUiElements.dll and ExternalRecorder plugin.. .Net 2.0 and VS 2005 installed.
This is a freash install, since I ran into the same problem with my previos one.
Tryed running the Sql manually - ok result.
Scanned all postings - I could not find anything pointing my way...
Anyone an idea??
Thanks in advance!
/Lars

I was having problems deleting 'failed' and 'conflicted' recordings so i did a search and found the patch that is suposed to fix the problem, but when I try to extract it an error dialog states that it is corrupted; just wondering if it is on my end...
I didnât' find anything about this behaviors.
My 97.13 installation has NativeUtilities and GBPVRBackendCommon modified.
The first issue
Yesterday night recording went stopped early and comskip didn't process the recorded file.
Today I checked the file by watching it in GBPVR and all was perfect.
Then I decided to make comskip process the file so I dragged it over comskip.exe prog. When work is done I tried to watch it again but GBPVR showed ERROR on it in the list of available files.
The reason was that gbpvr.db3 the link to the file was lost.
Not a big issue since after the link has been re-established error disappeared but just to raise the problemâ¦
The second issue
I always used my two Hauppauge HVR-1300 cards only as DVB-T tuner.
Today just for fun Iâve tried to set them up as analog TV receivers.
Set up as Roslyn cards were OK but not as Hauppauge HVR-1300 (analog). Qite weird since they seem share the same configuration.
At the end I got working three digital (two HVR-1300 and one HVR-1100) and two analog tuners.
I set three recordings to start shortly. Two of them were on the analog tuners. The first recording started on DVB-T tuner (HVR-1100) the second on analog1 tuner and the third was missed. GBPVR reported three recordings were running while Recording Status reported only two active recordings.
I tried to stop the recordings in GBPVR TV guide. The first (HVR-1100) stopped properly, the second didnât stopped (as reported by TV guide) until I stopped the third.
Attached are some logs I kept two hours later (sorry)
Hi,
I'm running 97.13 with a PVR-150 on an analog cable connection; for some reason, after a recent reinstall, local channel 7 (abc) lost audio in liveTV. Picture quality is good, but I've tried reloading EPG, rescanning channels, updating Hauppauge drivers, and using the tuner wizard, still no sound on this channel only.
I'm hoping a slight frequency bump might fix this. Is there any way to shift the frequencies manually? Preferably while running liveTV or even WinTV (same issue under this app).

I am currently testing My Video 5 and so far so good. I realy love the view by genre feature, no need to restrict a video to a single folder anymore. Is there a way to attach an image to the genre folder, or at least have a default image?
Also, how about a view option by rating, it would be really handy. Right now I cannot even view the rating/certification for a movie.
Can someone tell me what is used from .net 2 in the new version of the EWA? I am wanting to run this from an Apache server, but they have not released a 2.0 ASP module yet. I have found I can use XSP from mono - but they currently only support these methods:
Current features:
Client callbacks.
New Configuration engine (partial)
New controls:
ButtonField
CheckBoxField
DetailsView
FormView
GridView (client and server side sorting)
HyperlinkField
ImageField
Menus
MultiView
TemplateField
Trees
View
Masterpages
Two-way bindings
ObjectDataSource
Can anyone tell me if this is sufficient to run the EWA code under apache, or will I run into errors?
Alright I'm using a hauppauge WinTV-PVR MCE on windows xp. I'm not sure how to really describe what I get. But it's like static but frozen. When I use WinTV2000 I can watch tv fine but when I try using gb-pvr I can't watch because of the static. I have loaded the latest drivers for the wintv card and have configured gb-pvr how I think it should be. As far as I can tell the stations are correct also. I've been reading through other threads and saw a log requested so I will attach that also. I hope you can spot something.
