in the wiki, it says that GBPVR can read myHTPC .my metafiles for movies. How does one implement this? What kind of functionality does this have in GBPVR?

I'm using the latest version of GBPVR and the standard "Blue" skin.
In the Video Library, I have the problem, that filenames which are longer than 1 line get cut off. The top of the second line can just be seen which means that the filenames are being wrapped.
I have looked at the skin.xml under "Blue, video library" but cannot find anywhere where I can alter the size of the field in which the video name is shown.
I changed ratio last night to watch a movie, and when I went back to tv (remebering ratio stuck now), I was surprised how many ratios there were.
Two of them for 4:3 NTSC TV looked almost indistinguishable. After looking in the registry to see which was set, I assumed 0 was supposed to be my default.
I was wondering:
a) Are there really that many? Is 0 the supposed to be my default? (there was one other that looked very similar).
b) Would there be some way manage these better? Like an OSD of what ratio it is on or something? Even just putting an icon on the screen when you get back to 0 would be enough to know you've gone all the way around.
I know you've battled w/ this, and having it stick was part of helping win that. I'm wondering for those that use it casually there may be some better management or reset functionality.
After using the configuration software to configure gb-pvr I press "ok"...
Then my Just-in-time (JIT) debugger pops up...
It reports an unhandled exception...
I was curious as to the effect of this unhandled exception.?.
It appears to just be annoying...The configurations hold through to gb-pvr...
I am including the report just incase it is a problem that needs to be addressed...

First of all I want to say thanks. Nice program. It is a wonderful thing. After much frustration and not getting an AIW 2006 to do what I wanted to do, and I tried every PVR available, I got a ATI TV Wonder Elite(Theater 550) and went right to GBPVR.
My issue:
In trying to get MYDVD working I added to many files to a compilation now i see now way to remove a file. I have poured over the forums and docs to no avail.
Also When you burn a DVD to archive is the a plugin that can show your archived video's or show the videos in my video's and prompt you for a the disk if you select it?
I have a Dvico Fusion HDTV Dual Digital Card. I can get the PCI tuner working using the Fusion T1 Plug In, however I cannot get the USB Tuner working with GBPVR. It all works under the software package supplied with the card.
My keymappings work great except for sub-menus within each plug-in. For example when in TV Guide and I select a show and press OK, The popup menu ("Watch Now", "Record", "Record Weekly",etc..) has no keymapping so my remote doesn't control very well or consistently. In the keymapping directory the xml files exist for each core plugin but apparently these settings do not apply to 'sub' menus on the 'pop-up' windows.
I tried several searches with no luck on this topic...any suggestions?
I tryed logging on to my PVR today through the web frontend and was welcomed by a runtime error. (unfortunately I forgot to save the error). Even though I hadn't made any chnages since logging on last.
So I tried to use the config program to change settings. Unfortunately this config would crash when I tried to chnage anything (no error).
So.....
I uninstalled everything (delete gbpvr dir) and rebooted
reinstalled dotnetv2 (check for hot fixes)
installed GBPVR, and rebooted.
Now config won't load at all and there are no log files.
Has anybody else seen anything like this? Is it beciase I'm using dotnetv2.
I'm unistalling everything now, and re-installing dotnetv1.1
I just installed a Hauppauge PVR-150. It works great. I've been timeshifting and recording shows and all sorts of stuff. I have just one problem. I am not getting any channels over 100. I thought this was a 125 channel tuner card. Shouldn't it go to at least the high? Its the same whether I view it over the MVP or directly through the computer screen. The channels are set up in my EPG but when I try and view them I get fuzz or it will just stay on the previous channel that I was viewing. I am in the US and have Comcast as my cable provider. Are there any settings in GBPVR that I need to make to fix this? Thanks for any replys.
I woul dlike to know if windows 2000 Pro Service pack 4 will work with this captures card from Powercolor theater 550 pro? ASFAIK I will need the drivers to work and then I can install GBPVR to watch telli? Is that right?
