Support GB-PVR this card: Pinnacle PCTV 100-E (with chip Microtune MT 2050)? Can I setup for it?

No, GB-PVR doesnt support this device. You might be able to get it to go with the following plugin: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753
