Pinnacle PCTV Dual Hybrid Pro Windows 10 no more channels

Hi there,

I have a Pinnacle PCTV Dual Hybrid Pro PCI Express. Everything ran smooth under Win 7. Then I decided to migrate to Win 10. Since then I no longer receive any TV channel. Driver of the TV card seems to be found by Windows. But no channels. I've made a new channels search.

Can someone give me a clue ?

Please do a scan and then zip and attach your logs. There is a button at Settings --> About that will zip the logs.

The npvr.log show NextPVR scanning a series of channels. For each channel, the log shows ...

followed by

The locked=0, present=0 shows that the tuner is not finding any channel on the frequency.

The simplest explanation is an unplugged or faulty cable from the antenna to the tuner.

NextPVR may be scanning the wrong frequencies because the .ini files in the Tuning folder of the NextPVR data folder are out of date.. What happens, when you select All Countries and All Regions in Settings --> Devices before you do the scan?

Hi, tanks for answering. That's what i do. Always everything on all. Can i revert The ini file ? Did uninstall/reinstall nextpvr but same problem...

All Countries All Regions uses the "All Countries All Regions .ini" file in the Tuning\DVB-T folder is the NextPVR data folder. I am confident that this .ini file has all of the frequencies used for digital TV in Europe. You can check the content if you wish.

If you are confident that it is not a cable problem ... All that is left (that I can think of) is broken tuner hardware or a driver issue. Is there a different driver version that you can try?

meanwhile I made a test with another TV USB stick. Channels are found, TV is working. So that means my tuner isn't compatible with Win 10 anymore ? :??:
