My Pictures Req - color button guide on-screen

Jeff has had it for a while, and Jorm has added it, and it really helps usage. I don't look at pictures often, so I can't always remember what button does what.

Also, where it's been added, it's a big WAF upgrade, and I find she uses those plugins a lot more. Since she uses pictures more than I do, it would be a big improvement for her.

im never going to do this in the default skin. i think its ugly. that said someone else might do it in another skin.
