Recordings just not happening

I've had a lot of problems with recordings not occuring. I have one PVR150 and one PVR150MCE. It happens most often when two recordings should happen at once. When it happens, it appears to be recording in the guide, but no files appear. If I try to cancel the recording in the guide, nothing happens - the show stays red in the guide. I can go into live tv and watch the show that I had tried to record. I managed to catch it when it happened just now, and am pasting in the logs. Any ideas? GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log is logging lots of errors (see below), and did not post a message about finding a new program for the one that failed. Could there be something there about why the recording doesn't happen?

Yeah, that looks pretty unhealthy. Maybe you should look at uninstalling, deleting the gbpvr directory, then reinstalling.

It's worth a shot - is there any safe way to get my recordings back into GBPVR after doing so? Presumably using the config app's export/import would defeat the purpose of doing this.

You can use the export/import feature. Please not though, this will only export 'ready' recordings, so you'll need to set up any season recordings etc again.

When I try to export the recordings, it crashes with the error below. Any ideas on how to get around it or should I just dump the existing recordings?

Unfortunately it looks like were running out of options. If you zip and email your gbpvr.mdb to me, I'll see if I can get anything out of it. Alternatively, I think one of the plugins (Video Archive?) also had a mechanism to backup recordings.

I ended up using Videoarchive to back up the recordings that I wanted to save. GBPVR is reinstalled now, and now the guide seems so much faster. I'll keep checking out the recordings now.
