For the Cyberlink muxes I've tried 5.0.0727 and 5.0.0813 and they both stuttered and wouldn't convert ms-dvr files.

For this specific test I tried pempgmux.ax(4.0.2221) and it works well so far with converting ms-dvr files but still seems to stutter when used as a direct muxer. I just started testing this recently so I'll know more soon.

I thought I figured out a way to get recording with clean frame rates but they still show up. Most of the shows don't change framerate, especially the 4:3 material that's letterboxed in the 16:9 frame. The primetime programs I have been testing show the frame rate changes though. This was with the MS-DVR muxer. I'm trying the new cyberlink one tomorrow night.

Erik, one other note. I recorded a football game that was broadcast in 720P at 60FPS. Comskip detected the commercials correctly but the time conversions were off by half because of the frame rate.

Can you upload say the first 10 seconds of that 60 fps show so I can test the framerate detection?
