Its been some time since officially announcing a new comskip build.

- Added the option to set the title of the debugwindow to allow remote control. Default is windowtitle="Comskip - %s" where %s will get substituted by the filename

- Bug solved: BTV versions starting with 4.3 break Comskip on Live TV viewing. Set live_tv_retries=16 and standoff=8000000 (or any amount above 4MByte) in the comskip.ini file
