I am sorry for not having been up tonight answering your support query. Had I known you had an urgent question I would obviously have stayed up, waiting for it. Oh, wait... What was the question again? Like you said, all you did was spill your guts, not actually asking a question... how can you expect support for that? What did you want us to answer?

Sub, you really need to work on your response times to the general complaints about GBPVR. Eleven minutes is just simply unacceptable from a customer support perspective.

Dont worry, I read it much earlier, but because of it's content I decided to put it aside to 'answer later'.
