Yes, I understand what you mean (must have glossed over that issue in your first post). That has bothered me too. I second your request. :-)

AFAIK, your guide window never starts on a half hour. Always starts on a full hour.
This issue doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I personally see it as a benefit: it's nice to see half hour programs in relation to the full hour starting point.
However, adding a most recent half hour "default" guide diplay as an OPTION obviously wouldn't disturb this . . .
