I have recently noticed that my filesizes are currently about 20-50GB in size and have no idea what would be causing this, on playback i get just black screen and a time error where it shows as only 12secs and wont allow skipping?

My recordings are of Medium quality on a PVR-350, i had adjusted the max bitrate to equal High settings (because i couldnt see how to set High as default quality) but returned this max value back to default.

I have added a PVR-150 MCE as second capture device but dont use this yet as i need a 4 way TV Aeriel booster to get the extra terrestrial input.
This caused me problems with remote where MCE edition card prevents the system seeing the 350's remote input (i use a batch file i found that uses MS DevCon app to disable both cards, restart 350, restart IR.exe and then restart 150) see http://forums.sage.tv/forums/showthread....stcount=27

I have installed the Video Archiver plugin to use VA Panel mainly with new Contour skin.

I know this is a very vague problem and very likely most of above are irrelevant but they are the only significant things i have changed.
If anyone wants a log please let me know which one and i will post it

Sorry for the essay, thanks in advance, Stu

You can get this if you have the card type set wrong.

When you added this device, the existing device probably moved to device #2, mean you've got your PVR150 configured as a PVR350, or somthing like that. The device numbers arnt always added in a predictable order.

Do i have to clear the drivers and reinstall them also?

and could this cause GBPVR.exe to crash? I put this down to the VAPanel being too much for my weak PC?

Change the card numbers of your two cards, i.e. set #2 to #1 and vice versa. That should fix it.
