Change color of forum header

Hi sub,
Is it possible to change the color of the top row of the forum pages. It is now barely possible to read the members, search etc. Blue doesn't contrast with black!

Yes, I'm aware of the problem. Unfortunately the forum software has become a bit "fragile" and doesnt seem to want to let me edit anything about the skins.
