MyVideos Keyboard Commands Freeze at First

I have a weird issue that has been happening for a bit of time. First, in MyVideos, when I play mostly Divx files, the keyboard and therefore my remote won't respond to pause, ff, or other such things until the mouse button is pressed over the pop-up control menu. I have dealt with it, but as TV is on Hiadous now, all I do is watch my divx stuff. Any help would be great. I did reinstall the plugin btw.

Second, is there a way to get the whole MyVideos main menu to fit on my screen without removing buttons? I know what the buttons do, I would just like to see them all.

playback is handled by gbpvr, so this isnt a my videos bug.

just alter the skin file to make them all fit.

Thanks for the help. I thought it might be. I think it is time for a reinstall. BTW what gbpvr skin do you used on your home system. I checked out your site, its great. The TV setup too!

im using the PM3 skin, me and djdafreund are developing it now, hes doing the 4:3 version and im doing a 16:9 version. hopefully it will be released around the same time as my vids 5

The loss of focus is a known bug with the Divx codec. Easiest solution is to uninstall Divx, install one of the xvid builds and use that to decode divx videos. I find to xvid codec to work better with my system.

When the playback screen loses focus, if you're using the 45 button remote, pressing the menu button with the little i on it will bring up Windows task switcher and you can make gbpvr have focus again, all using the remote.

You may be able to do the same with the 34 button remote, but I'm not sure how.
