Help with choosing card please

I want to add another card to my system. I currently have a Sapphire Theatrix and a PVR-250. However the tuner has gone out in the 250, I have to use a VCR to tune channels. I don't know if another Theatrix is the choice or maybe a PVR-150. Any help and suggestions is greatly appreciated.. Thanks and Happy New Year Big Grin
