Im looking for a program ( preferably free/donate ) to edit my recordings commercials and stuff whatever i select.
And leave it in mpeg.
Also looking for a way to convert mpeg to other file types easilly.
Any ideas? Windows media file editor doesnt want to work with mpegs.

Cuttermaran is a free editor: http://www.cuttermaran.de/

I use womble http://www.womble.com/ but it's not free. It is very quick and easy. Also the resulting files always play without a hitch on my MVP.

That cutterman's looks a lil shifty - it requires other programs.. which i cant even understand ( its in german lol )
And i dont really see any demonstration screenshots. Ill look at the one you use.

MPEG-VCR should be sufficient.
You may be able to get a registration key from them if you ask.

The is a cuttermaran site in english
You need a demux, that is inside the comclean2.zip you can download from the link below

I use VideoRedo

This works perfect for cleaning & editing mpegs, also fixes dvb stream mpegs that tend to have glitches that cause problems
