Can I change the time Live TV restarts file

s it possible to change the time of Live TV file restarts from the :00 and :30 minute marks.
Some channels cheat and start shows a minute or two before the top and bottom of the hour.
Then the restart blanks the screen during that all important opening segment.

The change occurs when your EPG indicates the show is supposed to end. It doesnt have to be on :00 or :30.
