web admin time line division

I discovered that web admin's TV Guide display does not correspond to what the schedule in GBPVR shows when shows don't align on typical boundaries. PBS had a program that started about 5-10 minutes after the hour. On the web admin TV Guide it delayed the start until half past.

Is this a well known issue?

As a (possible) aside, I note that if you set the minute interval to 15 I get the following:
