I have been using my main box P4 XP Home for my GBPVR, I was able to obtain a used box which I have installed W2K. When I transfer the MCE-150 to the box and try and install the driver I get an error

"The SystemRoot\system32\Drivers\hcwPP2.sys device driver could not locate the entry point KSRegisterFilterWithNoKSPins in driver KS.sys"

It tells me the driver was successfully installed but when I reboot I get the blue screen of death.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Matt

If you are ever abl to get back into Windows, it sounds liek you will need to install the MDAC driver before yu can use the 150.

I found this posting about replacing ks.sys but every time I do it goes back to the old file, how do I keep a system file from going back?

I don't know what's wrong, but in my PVR, I have a PVR-250 and a PVR-150MCE and I'm running Win2K. So I know it's possible.

Good luck!

I am successfully using a PVR-150MCE with Win2k SP4, driver rev 2.0.24.23025.
The driver seems to be stable and have correct timing.
